What we collect
When you use Signum without an account, we collect only the domain names you scan. These are stored anonymously to cache results and improve future scan speed — they are not linked to your IP address, device, or identity.
When you create an account, we collect your email address and store your scan history, watchlist, and subscription plan. We do not collect your name, phone number, or card details — payments are handled entirely by Stripe.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating Signum.
Supabase — authentication and database. Data stored in EU region.
Resend — transactional email delivery.
Anthropic Claude API — AI analysis. Only domain names are sent; no personal data.
Data retention
Anonymous scan cache entries are retained to serve future users faster. Account data is kept for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.
Chrome Extension
The Signum Chrome Extension only processes the domain name of the site you explicitly request a scan for. It does not track your browsing history, collect personal data, or run automatically in the background.

windows — used to open the extension as a detached popup window
IP address — used solely for rate limiting to prevent abuse; not stored persistently
The extension does not execute remote code. All logic is contained within the extension package.
